The sake pressed during the winter is stored for 3 months in tanks. It is bottled when the flavor is settled. It has a light flavor and is great for drinking cold in the summer time.
Available in: Mid-March to Spemtember.

It is a crisp and refreshing pure sake only available in spring and summer.

Cool it well in a refrigerator and drink it with produces in season.
It goes well with wild vegetable tempura and salt grilled sweetfish.
