It has a light sourness and a plain flavor. It has the characteristic of plain type Jumai sake with aromatic scent. It tastes great cold. The literature on the label is from a poem writer from Edo period, Kanzan. It is named after the last word of his poem "wagahai shin ni shosu beshi".
