It tastes great cold. The literature on the label is from a poem writer from Edo period, Kanzan. It is named after the last word of his poem "wagahai shin ni shosu beshi".

PRODUCT FEATUER
It is a plain Junmai sake with a little sourness. It is a number one seller of Houraisen. It is very light for a junmai sake.
"Yumesansui" used as a Koji (rice malt) ingredient is a type of sake brewing rice grown especially in inner mountain cold upland developed by a collaboration of Aichi inner mountain agricultural experiment site, prefectural food technology center and Sekiya Brewery Co. Ltd.
HOW TO ENJOY IT
Lightly cooled in a refrigerator. It is also good lukewarm.
