PRODUCT FEATUER
This is a pure sake that is matured for about 3 months.
The flavor has deepened since the freshly pressed period, but it still has the fresh flavor.
Please keep it refrigerated when the weather is hot.
HOW TO ENJOY IT
Please drink it cooled instead of heating up.
There are many foods in season in May such as wild vegetables like udo and bamboo shoots, and fish like horse mackerel and hairtail. It will go great with simple snacks that bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
