You can taste the elegant deliciousness from maturity within the mellow flavor. It is named after the Analects of Confucius "To see a friend (tomo) from far is a joy".

This sake will fill your mouth with the great harmony of sweetness and crisp sourness.

It has a light sourness and a plain flavor. It has the characteristic of plain type Jumai sake with aromatic scent. It tastes great cold. The literature on the label is from a poem writer from Edo period, Kanzan. It is named after the last word of his poem "wagahai shin ni shosu beshi".

Meibou

It is the most favored sake that represents "Meibou" label. It has a deep rice flavor that goes great with meals.

It is a strange sake with smooth flavor of sweet and sour and the carbonation from in-bottle fermentation.

This Junmai Ginjo has a mild and sweet flavor with a refreshing aftertaste. It has a good reputation among overseas drinkers.

Shochu / Liquor

Grappa is a type of liquor made by fermenting and distilling grape residue. It is called "Ginjo Grappa" because it is made by fermenting and distilling the less from Ginjo brews. Enjoy the spectacular scent of Ginjoshu (sake brewed with finest ingredients) concentrated in this authentic shochu.

New arrival of Ginjo grappa matured in wooden casks. Ginjo grappa which is made with specially selected finest ginjo less with a great scent is matured in the casks for sherry for 3 years. Enjoy the sweet and spicy scent from the wooden casks.
